CHECKLIST - 3 MONTH KIT

______ 1.Renewed commitment to accomplish my Family Preparedness goals!
______ 2.Assess my Pantry contents by taking inventory
______ 3.Cleared out expired _____canned foods, _____bottled foods, ____spices, ____mixes, _____baking ingredients,  ____starches (bread crumbs, crackers, pasta, rice, stuffings, etc.)
______ 4.Made a menu for a:  few days/ week/ month of what my family can eat from our pantry
______ 5.Made an ongoing list of foods to purchase or replace in our pantry
______ 6.Became aware of dangers and advantages of bulk purchasing
______ 7.Became a better comparative shopper and coupon user
______ 8.Started a rotating stock program for our family.
______ 9.Have also 3 month supply of hygiene items-_____soap, _____T.P., _____p.towels,  _____floss/mouthwash, _____toothpaste, _____shampoo, _____feminine supplies,         ______diapers, _____sanitary wipes, _____ garbage bags, _____vinegar for cleaning
______10.Cleared and replaced items in First-Aid Kit
______11.Obtained a month’s supply of any necessary medications for all family members
______12.Determined and obtain supplies for toilet facilities in an extended water storage
______13.Determined and obtain supplies to filter or treat water from a questionable source
______14.Water storage for at least 2 weeks (one gallon per person per day)
______15.Adequate savings and cash available for loss of employment or emergency relocation
